More Than Code: Why I am about to make changes

Technology, software, tech in general fascinates me. Every day I read the latest updates on AI, on the programming languages I use the most, including important packages. I do this because I find it fascinating, but also to keep on learning and to help me with my career.

And even though I’m constantly learning something new this way, not much necessarily changes in my work or in the technology I use. AI is an exception, but be honest: who wants to read about AI all day ?

That’s what drives me to spend more and more of my free time on other topics as well. For example, I’ve read 3 non-fiction books in the last 2 months. A record for me! And the more I read, the more I notice how much fun it is, and how much I can learn outside of programming, too.

What’s happening with this blog?

On the one hand, there will be the occasional book summary or review.

On the other hand, I’m also starting a hobby software project that’s mainly meant for people who read books. That is going to featured here as well.
